Raúl H. Medina
Mentor in engineering and recovery
- 🇪🇸 Vigo, Galicia, Spain
- Vigo Foundation
- 1982 to 1999
- Spanish
For 17 years I've mentored people in engineering and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Raúl
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
