For eight years I ran the swimming program at Alcalá de Henares Swimming Club in Alcalá de Henares. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rafael
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Rafael: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
