Quinn N. Patterson
Baking for 45 years in San Francisco
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- San Francisco Works
- Since 1981
- English
I've worked in baking since 1981. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 2,430 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
More about Quinn
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Quinn: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
