Nirmala Sunita Rana

Mentor in careers and law school

  • 🇳🇵 Pokhara, Gandaki, Nepal
  • Lincoln Foundation
  • 1985 to 2018
  • English, Nepali
For 33 years I've mentored people in careers and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
