Mitu Ruma Uddin
Volunteer mentor with Savar Community Trust
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Since 2013
- English, Bengali
For 13 years I've mentored people in small business and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mitu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
