Melanie Johanna Richter
Volunteer mentor with Cologne Mentoring Circle

- Cologne Mentoring Circle
- 1981 to 2013

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,890 people through Cologne Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
