Arlington
Joshua lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at the Arlington Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,950. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Joshua could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $2,950 goes: • adapted tricycle: $2,550 • Delivery and set-up: $115 • First-year servicing plan: $285 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Updates from Chloe

            • Hope it all works out, Chloe. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
