Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Elmwood Foundation
- 1997 to 2018
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through Elmwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
