Valentina Santana
Mentor in design and farming
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Elmwood Youth Network
- Since 1999
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,570 people through Elmwood Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
