Mai Reiko Kaneko
Mentor in leadership and design
- 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
- Rosewood Community Trust
- Since 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,730 people through Rosewood Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
