Helping people break into writing
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Jacaranda Learning Hub
- Since 2001
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Jacaranda Learning Hub.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ryota
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ryota: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
