Helping people break into engineering
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan

- Since 1979
- English, Japanese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 890 people through Tokyo Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Haruka: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
