Mahesh T. Singh

Cook and owner of Orchid Table

  • 🇨🇦 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
  • Orchid Table
  • Since 1995
  • English, Hindi
I run Orchid Table in Vancouver. We started in 1995 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I answer every message, eventually. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
