Lucy Upendo Opio
Flute and drums teacher
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Embakasi Band
- Since 1978
- English, Swahili
I play flute and drums. I started in 1978 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I never rush a conversation.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Lucy: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
