Lotte Roos Van der Heijden
Volunteer mentor with Baobab Foundation
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Baobab Foundation
- Since 1978
- Dutch
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,060 people through Baobab Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
