Lola Damilola Okonkwo
Oil painting artist in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Old Ikeja Art Collective
- Since 1994
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 1994 at Old Ikeja Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

What gifts mean to Lola: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
