Amaka Wunmi Nwosu
Painter, potter and teacher at Little Lagos Studio
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Little Lagos Studio
- 1983 to 2020
- English, Hausa
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1983 at Little Lagos Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Lagos Studio, which keeps me honest.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
