Kirana Okta Mahendra
Mentor in farming and engineering
- 🇮🇩 Malang, East Java, Indonesia
- Crown Mentoring Circle
- Since 1984
- English, Indonesian
For 42 years I've mentored people in farming and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
