Rizky Haris Winata
Teaching mentor, Semarang
- 🇮🇩 Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
- Semarang Youth Network
- Since 2012
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Semarang Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rizky
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rizky: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
