Kipchoge David Onyango
Bicycle repair for 26 years in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Since 2000
- English
My trade is bicycle repair. I opened my own shop in 2000 in Nairobi and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Kipchoge
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kipchoge: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
