Helping people break into leadership

For 31 years I've mentored people in leadership and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from Augusta.
