Helping people break into teaching
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland
- Poznań Youth Network
- Since 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Poznań Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
