José Flávio Castro
Trades mentor, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Foundation
- 2010 to 2024
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through São Paulo Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about José
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to José: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
