Joaquim Pedro Paiva
Helping people break into careers
- 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Belo Horizonte Community Trust
- 1996 to 2007
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Belo Horizonte Community Trust.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
