Ioana Valentina Radu
Leadership mentor, București
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- București Foundation
- Since 1978
- English, Romanian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,740 people through București Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ioana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
