Helping people break into leadership
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- Windsor Youth Network
- 2000 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Windsor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Marian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
