For nine years I've mentored people in nursing and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Eugen
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Eugen: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
