Helping people break into design
- 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
- Mount Pleasant Learning Hub
- Since 1984
- English, Romanian, French
For 42 years I've mentored people in design and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nicolae
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Nicolae: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
