Mihaela Mocanu

Mentor in design and careers

🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
București Learning Hub
Since 2018
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 180 people through București Learning Hub. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Mihaela

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Mihaela: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
