Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇷 Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Uberlândia Learning Hub
- 1990 to 2002
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Uberlândia Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ingrid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
