I coached swimming at Orchid Football Club from 1982 to 1996. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Fikru: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
