Fani Rani Hutapea
Volunteer mentor with Lakeview Learning Hub

For 14 years I've mentored people in software and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Fani
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
