Fabrice Olivier Leroux
Helping people break into finance
- 🇫🇷 Boulogne-Billancourt, Île-de-France, France
- Since 1982
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 790 people through Boulogne-Billancourt Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Fabrice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Fabrice: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
