I've coached rowing at São Paulo Ashford Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
