Elsa Yanti Sihombing

Mentor in finance and software

  • 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Good Shepherd Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1987
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Good Shepherd Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

More about Elsa

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Elsa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
