I've worked in painting and decorating from 2012 to 2025. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 750 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
More about Dilara
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Dilara: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
