Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Edgardo pay $100
Edgardo is behind on electricity and water bills after August's medical emergency and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Edgardo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Edgardo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Edgardo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
