Delroy Ellis
Mentor in small business and design
- 🇯🇲 Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica
- Mandeville Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Mandeville Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Delroy: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
