First-generation students mentor, Half-Way Tree
- 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
- Half-Way Tree Youth Network
- 2013 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Half-Way Tree Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Delroy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
