I'm a mentor in software. I've spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jada
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jada: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
