Cornelis Maas
Mentor in leadership and design
- 🇳🇱 Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands
- Utrecht Community Trust
- 1982 to 2015
- Dutch, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Utrecht Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Cornelis
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Cornelis: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
