I coached boxing at Maple Ridge Boxing Gym from 1983 to 2017. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
What gifts mean to Coach Lloyd: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
