Coach Karan

Youth swimming coach and mentor

  • 🇨🇦 Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada
  • 1979 to 2013
  • English, Hindi
I coached swimming at Sydney Athletic Club from 1979 to 2013. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Coach Karan

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
