Cross country and fitness coach, Laval

For 13 years I ran the cross country program at Laval Football Club in Laval. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
