I'm a swimming coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,370 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Coach Hiroshi
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Hiroshi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
