Coach Deepika
Youth football coach and mentor
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Meadowbank Community Club
- Since 2005
- English, Spanish
I've coached football at Meadowbank Community Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Coach Deepika: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
