Chathurika Amaya Ekanayake
Taught statistics at Colombo Academy
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Academy
- 1980 to 1993
- English
I taught statistics at Colombo Academy in Colombo from 1980 to 1993. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Chathurika
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
