Roshan Kumara Jayawardena
Retired economics teacher from Summit Academy
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Summit Academy
- 1996 to 2013
- English, Sinhala
I taught economics and environmental science at Summit Academy, Colombo. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Roshan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Roshan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
