I'm a basketball coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 510 kids fall in love with the game.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Birtukan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Birtukan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

you coached me in 2002. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ribeirão Preto.
