Beverley Spence
Gymnastics coach, Harmony Youth Club
- 🇯🇲 Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica
- 2006 to 2021
- English
For 15 years I ran the gymnastics program at Harmony Youth Club in Mandeville. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm still learning every day.
